The customer service is outstanding- they gave me a ride to and from St Clare hospital while they worked on my car which was a great help! My only complaint would be the cost. I used to pay about $40 at my local car repair place for an oil change, and it was $61.95!

Brought our 2020 Bolt in for recall service to reprogram system so battery will not charge to 100%. Maybe I missed something, but service never told me the battery charge level had to be below 80% in order for them to reprogram it, so they were unable to perform the service during my appointment. Total waste of my time and I will have to bring it back in again.

Vicki was outstanding as always. Very helpful and friendly. The only issue I have is they were out of COOKIES when I picked up my vehicle. I look forward to that chocolate chip cookie and it appears as though some people are hoarding the best cookies in the state.

they picked up my car from my house and returned right on time... that's a plus! (really convenient)... but this time the problem wasn't solved.... the chime volume on my car is really loud... (annoyingly loud), the dealership couldn't figure out the problem, or what needs to be replaced... YET!... (so there's hope xD!) ... they told me they have to investigate furthermore... for now i have to wait. (worried that i can have a similar problem if i buy another chevy)

I have a 2013 traverse LTZ with 103,000 mi. I was told that I MAY need an oil pan ($2,600). The traverse is garaged and there has never been a drop of oil on the floor, it's amazing how one would know that I may need an oil pan, the rear brakes I agree with. Thanks dg

I’m always satisfied with the quality of service I receive from Don Larson service personnel. To my surprise, the service person contacted GM regarding the issue they identified and the diagnostic work and subsequent repairs (repairs done on 9/25) were covered in full by GM. The dealership is always clean and staff are always friendly.
