Confirmed Service Customer
Brought our 2020 Bolt in for recall service to reprogram system so battery will not charge to 100%. Maybe I missed something, but service never told me the battery charge level had to be below 80% in order for them to reprogram it, so they were unable to perform the service during my appointment. Total waste of my time and I will have to bring it back in again.
