I had an appointment to get my oil changed and windshield chip repaired. It was my first visit for service. They wanted me to wait an additional 3 hours after the service was supposed to be done for the windshield chip repair. I couldn't wait so I had to leave with it unrepaired.

I got a check engine light and the dealer quickly scheduled me and was professional and had a nice place to wait. My problem is that I drove a half hour each way and waited and hour for a software update. That is a huge waste of my time and it makes me angry at GM. There must be an easy way for GM to update that software remotely, for free as every other company in the world does. If I hadn't been covered by warranty it would have cost me nearly $200 plus my time just to check. That is awful

Couldn't have asked for a better experience ~ even though we just stopped out later in day and he was busy with someone Chase still made sure to help us ~ they got me into a vehicle I absolutely love and made the whole experience amazing.
