Not only did the service advisor keep me up to date, found an additional concern, got it approved and gave me a completion date when my truck would be ready. I was a GM service adviser, aftersales, parts and service manager and mechanic for over 25 years. It's nice to work with a professional like him."

"We were looking to replace our 20-year-old pickup -- it had seen better days. We had stopped at a couple of other local dealerships earlier but didn't see anything that we liked or that was in our price range. Our last stop for the day was at Don Larson outside Baraboo... When we told our salesperson about how much we liked that particular Ford F150 he got it out for us and let my wife and I take it for a drive -- we both loved it and knew that was the one we wanted! We then sat down and asked him to do his magic with the numbers so it would meet what we had for a budget and he made it work -- it is now sitting in our driveway. Our salesperson was the most sincere, non-pushy, pleasant car salesman I've ever dealt with. I would recommend him to anyone."

"I used Don Larson's new mobile service last week for a recall on my Ford Bronco Sport. Not having to make an appointment and go to the dealership was nice. They came to me! The service technician had great communication and was on time. You can even track your appointment status on your personal consumer portal link that is texted to you. The new service truck looked high tech and top notch. The technician was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this service!"
