Confirmed Service Customer
We purchase our vehicle from Don Larson and we love the car. However, we consistently have rather serious problems when getting the car serviced. Hector, our advisor, was A++ and we think that he did a great job. During this service, we purchased a new battery, oil change/tire rotation. When the car was done, my husband started the engine and could only get a tire reading pressure on one tire. Also, he could not open the hood as a metal object was preventing it from opening. The car was taken back inside and Hector indicated that the tech did not put the metal bar that keeps the battery in place back in position. Also, no one reset the clock/year/etc. which we would consider to be top quality work. We do wonder what would have happened if my husband had driven the car off the lot with the metal piece loose in the engine??
