Took vehicle in for recall and gas tank that keeps stopping pump when I put gas in. I adjust nozzle to run in slower and pull it in or out to help with filling. It takes along time to fill tank. The dealership said that there was nothing wrong. I left and a couple days later the same thing happened. I have tried 2 different gas stations and came up with the same result. Will try filling up again at another station. Will try another dealership.

The service was great. My car was picked up, serviced, and returned in a very short time. It was easy getting a service appointment. The customer service was excellent. The mechanic kept me informed about my vehicle. I will definitely use Don Larson again.

Brought in for vacuum pump repair, but dealer refused to cover the item despite a nationwide recall. While removing vehicle from hoist, destroyed front tire. Suggested correction was to replace tire with mismatched tire that was available. I informed dealer mismatched tires were unacceptable. Instead of correcting their mistake that day with available tires, they performed a nationwide search for a used tire. That tire took 4 day to arrive and I was without my vehicle for an unplanned 5 days beyond stated repair times. Very disappointed in leadership decisions.
