Waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Service associates are always very nice and friendly. They really do inspect everything. They brought to my attention ya couple filters that needed to be changed. I wouldn’t know to look at those so I appreciated their help.

Called for a quote on getting a new fob and key cut for my Silverado. Tyler told me $150 and I said order it then and made an appointment for the following afternoon. Arrived to find out the price would now be $230 which is what I signed for on the agreement. When the work was all said and done the price now was $342, the woman didn't know where the young man got that amount but it was wrong. I paid it but am not happy at all. If that's the best they can do on quotes they need a calculator to do a better job. I expressed my displeasure but was told these are the prices.

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DIAGNOSIS $145.00 Includes scanning and performing diagnosis on check engine lights, ABS lights, and traction lights. Offer Disclosure I see this on your website and the Springers 608-228-4595 paid more that this. When we asked about coupons Sat at service desk we did not get much help.
