Everytime I come in you find something else wrong and I don't think you actually did some of the stuff I was charged for and now I want to sell my vehicle or trade it in but after the reaction I got from one of your salesmen I'll probably be going elsewhere with my business

Not sure why my appointment took so long. I waited for the vehicle to get done. My appointment was for 1:45pm. They took my car right away, but I had to wait almost 2 hours for it to be finished. It was only an oil change and tire rotation.

Friendly service, addressed a small warranty concern I had with professionalism, and got me in and out of my scheduled service in a timely manner. Clean facility and refreshments are just a plus. I don't need to go anywhere else to get my Z71 serviced.

They did a good job with doing the routine care, oil change, and filter. When they rotated the tires one tire was not completely tightened causing some damaged. Which they are going to take care of.

My truck was leaking fuel and had a profound fuel odor. On my way, there I confirmed over the phone to leave the truck outside. Upon arrival, Vicky told me that I must bring it inside for check-in, despite my obvious physical handicap making it difficult for me to return to my vehicle. Watching the inspection being performed inside with a hand-held computer device, I didn’t see why the inspection couldn’t be performed just outside the door where I was parked. The smell of fuel was so strong inside that it bled into the waiting room. I am just grateful that nothing happened which would have ignited the vapors. But my actual technician was good. It is against Vicky that I make this complaint.
