I was checked in immediately and maintenance requested was reviewed...upon checking in my vehicle failed to start to take to the repair area...it was a miracle that it failed at that time...it was the battery...it was diagnosed and I was given the $ amount of replacement...all went very well. I appreciated the thorough check that I received...a very pleasant experience.

I brought my truck in to have the side steps installed. The tech grabbed my truck and was working on it immediately. I was in and out sooner than they said! Great service and professionalism from the advisors also.

After it was all done , told me it was all covered under warranty. Then the next day getting a bill for $146. For two fuse was a really big shock. I have bought many cars and trucks from this dealership, over 10, so was not very happy about this situation, and might have to look somewhere else for my service.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed and windshield chip repaired. It was my first visit for service. They wanted me to wait an additional 3 hours after the service was supposed to be done for the windshield chip repair. I couldn't wait so I had to leave with it unrepaired.
