The technicians discovered a drive train issue through their inspections that was covered by warranty. The issue was repaired. I was not aware of the issue until that day. I had been scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. The rental was first rate also!!

Everything was on schedule. Evan did a good job explaining a couple items recommended For replacement, while the car was being serviced. I actually enjoy my service visits, Which gives me an opportunity to visit with the staff and see the new vehicles on display.

I can't tell you just how much we were disappointed in the "fees" that were charged. The invoice does not even say what the "fees" are for. Are they disposal fees - even so, the "fees" represented 35% of the invoice. Had I known about these fees, I would not have taken the truck to the dealership for recommended maintenance items.
