Very disappointed, had them look at a Diesel engine issue(lack of power and shifting) they suggested it was the engine mounts $600 repair. Let them do it, then they said it was fixed. I picked it up and does exact same thing. Took to different mechanic and he figured it out right away and actually fixed it.Call Larson to at least give me the diagnostic fee $60 back for diagnosing wrong, said they'd have the manager call me back, but never did.. very disappointed. Lot of money to on something that didn't even need to be fixed. Won't ever go back there or let anyone I know make that mistake
We visited 3 Chevrolet dealerships in our area within 20 miles of our house and found Don Larson to have the best selection on the 2017 Equinox we were looking to purchase. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in and we were already familiar with their service department since we serviced out 2011 Equinox there. The sales people were courteous and we never felt any high pressure to purchase a vehicle. A satisfying experience for my wife and I, and I can recommend this dealership to others.
As always I was treated very well. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and was in and out of there in a timely matter. Two routine 50,000 mile recommendations were discussed and that will be taken care of at our next oil change.
