It was so easy. I drove my car up to the door, it opened, I drove it in & a very pleasant, professional lady took over. She explained what they would be checking for in addition to the oil change. She directed me to the waiting area, offered cookies & coffee. She told me it would be about 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour. She was correct! All done in the time allotted. Wonderful experience!

I rec'd an oil change as well as a couple other things I asked them to look at for diagnosis. I had another shop look at my vehicle afterwards so I could get a 2nd opinion on work that needed to be done and I was told they (Don Larson) did a very sloppy job on the oil change b/c there was oil spilled all over. They weren't sure at first if it was a leak, or just a sloppy job. Also, it was noted on my paperwork that my brake lights were not working at all, but it was not mentioned to me over the phone when the notified me that my vehicle was done. I had no idea until I looked at the paperwork later, that might lights were not operating. It would have been nice to know this before my vehicle left the shop so I was aware, and could have had the lights replaced.

Don larson is the best place to have your car serviced ! The technicians There are highly experienced ! All the staff are super friendly , well informed , professional yet personable people !!!! When I took my truck in last week to be serviced , they had a loaner waiting for me! I was in and out of the shop in 5 minutes! On top of that , they kept the price down on the estimate !!! I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else but Don Larson ! I plan to buy my next vehicle there as well ! 😊
My wife and I had both of our vehicles serviced at your dealership recently. The drain plug on one of our vehicles was not torqued to the proper specifications, so I had to bring the vehicle back in. When I went to check the oil after seeing the pretty significant oil spot on my garage floor, I also noticed the noise canceling foam on the top of the engine was not secured properly. My suggestion is that your technicians pay more attention to detail. With that said, I understand people make mistakes, I wish I made less, but not tightening the drain plug is pretty significant. I have changed a lot of oil in my life and one should always be most attentive to detail during that part of the process. Furthermore; I think I was more perturbed at the customer service I received during this process. Your staff seemed annoyed with my displeasure of having to bring the vehicle back to them even though I was the one inconvenienced. I did not receive any sort of apology for me needing to take more time out of my schedule to make this right which was troubling. I know as our world populates more, clients are a dime a dozen but in my book, customer service is still important. I suggest you talk to your staff about being more personable when the customer is the one who has been inconvenienced as it goes a long way in regards to how people converse about your business.

I've been a customer at Don Larson for quite some time, and always get treated well. Some appointments are planned, but sometimes they're not.....regardless the situation, they always recommend the best option. Costs can take you by surprise, and that's difficult at times....but they stand behind their service. I've had the privilege of getting to know a good portion of the staff, and that's a big reason why I continue going back.
