I honestly feel that everyone at service only cares about charging. My service was completely confusing to where they wanted to charge for an issue that they caused. Charged me 1600 for a sensor core board that my Buick needed back in may 2017 because they said THAT was my issue so I PAID. they told me my transmission was all good and I even had them change my transmission fluid come to find out that 2 and a half months later (yesterday) they wanted to f$&@ me again by charging me 3,800 for my transmission and stating that my FLUIDS were dirty. They said I could pay 3,800 for a NEW transmission or pay 3,000 for them to open up my transmission and LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM, I question if they know their JOB. Apparently not. And it seems like everyone at service apparently DOESNT communicate. All they wanna do is F'you over
An appointment was easily made and return transportation while the car was being repaired was great. However only one of the two systems I was charged for was repaired: that was the traction system. The check air bag light still sporadically goes on and off. We have been traveling out of stats so I haven't had a chance to notify you of this problem
My family and I were in Wisconsin Dells for vacation. When we went to leave for home (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) the car would not start. After getting the Buick Enclave towed to the dealership, the people were extremely helpful and got us in and fixed within 2- 3 hours. We appreciate all of their help getting us back on the road to home on such short notice. Everyone did a fantastic job.
I had a tire that had lost air twice in a few hours of each other. I took my car to the dealer without an appointment as I was sure there was a problem. They told me that it may be a wait but that they would take care of it if I could wait. They fixed it within 1-1/2 hours and I was on my way.
The sale person Mike Schellenberger was fantastic to work with, he answer all questions and straight forward about everything, give us a great deal and made sure we were happy with our new Buick. Top notch sales person, Thanks a lot.
