Mon/Thur- 3pm-8pm
Tues/Wed/Fri- 3pm-6pm
Saturday-8am-5pm
These are set hours. If you cannot commit to these times, please don't apply.
General Purpose:  Attend to guests and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the dealership to the general public and guests.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
§ answer telephone, screen and direct calls
§ take and relay messages

§ greet persons entering dealership
§ direct persons to correct destination
§ deal with queries from the public and customers
§ general administrative and clerical support
§ prepare letters and documents
§ receive and sort mail and deliveries
§ tidy and maintain the reception area

Automotive Dealership Detailer

Don Larson GM Supercenter is looking for a full time car Detailer to clean vehicles for the dealership lot and for complete customer detailing.

Duties include:
- Detailing for new and used vehicle for the lot
- Detailing of customer vehicle
- Assist porters with pick up and delivery of customer vehicles
- Assist service department with pick up and delivery of customers

Requirements:
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must be available Monday through Fridays with rotating Saturdays

Automotive Dealership Service Porter

Don Larson GM Supercenter is looking for a Service Department vehicle porter.

Duties:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, walk them to the appropriate person or location
- Assist the Advisors with walk around and inspect vehicle
- Test all possible batteries
- Inspect all wipers
- Controls service traffic and parking. Keeps the service lane clear of vehicles, and ensures that all vehicles have appropriate protective material installed
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, and snow
- Cleans all door and glass surface areas in the service lane, employee lounge, and customer lounge
- Maintains the coffee, complementary beverage, and cookies/doughnuts
- Empties the customer lounge garbage

Requirements:
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must be available Monday through Friday with possible rotating Saturdays
